Job Summary:
The Retail Experience Specialist (RES) plays a crucial role as a liaison between Audi Canada and its dealership partners, driving the adoption of software platforms and digital retailing best practices, while also providing in-depth consultancy aimed at elevating operational excellence and the customer experience across all sales and service touchpoints. The RES will work in-dealership, identifying areas for process improvement, optimizing customer interactions, and supporting each retailer to deliver consistent, premium experience aligned with Audi’s brand standards.

The RES will be responsible for ensuring that the Audi Dealer Network delivers the ultimate automotive omni-channel shopping experience, as defined by Audi Canada. They will work hand in hand with field and dealer leadership to deliver customized bespoke consulting that aligns the entire nationwide dealer network and brings consistency to the customer sales and after sales experience, regardless of how or where consumers choose to shop (online or in-store).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key advocate for the adoption, retention, and value proposition of the One Audi Digital Dealership platform, Lead Management (Salesforce), and future tools to provide a holistic digital ecosystem for Audi retailers.
  • Provide in-dealership consultancy to enhance both sales and service customer experiences, identifying operational gaps and implementing actionable solutions to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes while following Audi’s sales and service core process.
  • Offer expert guidance on digital marketing strategies, lead management processes, and omni-channel customer interactions to ensure a bespoke and premium customer experience across the entire customer journey.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Business Development, Digital, Marketing, and Sales and Service Operations, to align dealership performance with Audi Canada’s customer experience strategy.
  • Support dealers with implementing new retail strategies based on customer-centric models, ensuring that sales and service teams are aligned with modernized processes.
  • Conduct regular touchpoints with dealer and field teams to provide ongoing support and address any performance gaps, facilitate change management, and ensure continuous improvement, while prioritizing activities and outcomes that drive higher ROI.
  • Track dealer performance through Salesforce and other tools, documenting observations, analysis, and action plans, while providing regular updates to the field team and internal stakeholders.
  • Travel regularly to assigned dealerships and manage time accordingly based on support needs and performance metrics.
  • Ability to Prioritize according to greatest need and highest opportunity to drive ROI

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or service performance improvement, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Experience in the dealership retail process and sales and service digital platforms.
  • Experience in improving the lead management process.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and consultative skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess performance data and implement effective, data-driven solutions.
  • Strong presentation skills – capable of communicating effortlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Office experience a plus
  • Experience with Tableau is an asset.
  • Flexibility for regular travel (up to 75%) to assigned dealerships in your territory.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $85,000 per year. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
