Opportunity 

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and innovative Instructional Designer who will be instrumental in shaping the future of our product training initiatives. If you possess a flair for creativity and a keen eye for detail, this role offers you the chance to collaborate with industry experts, product trainers, and key stakeholders to craft compelling, effective, and accessible instructional content. Your organizational skills will ensure that our training materials are efficiently stored and managed across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other advanced content management systems. 

Specific Responsibilities 

  • Elevate existing product training content for our Kitchen and Bath product lines by reviewing, updating, and enhancing materials to ensure they resonate with our audience.   
  • Team up with product training managers and category experts to imagine and develop new, engaging training content that meets evolving learning needs.   
  • Curate and optimize our SharePoint content site by decluttering outdated materials and seamlessly uploading fresh training resources and toolkits.   
  • Ensure all instructional materials adhere to best practices in design and accessibility, making learning an inclusive and enriching experience for all.   
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and gather participant feedback to continuously refine and amplify our training offerings 

Skills/Requirements 

  • A bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, communication, or a related field that showcases your foundational knowledge.   
  • Expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and impactful training methodologies that captivate and engage learners.   
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, SharePoint, and the full suite of Microsoft 365 products, including Teams, enabling you to create and manage top-tier content.   
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—that facilitate meaningful collaboration, coupled with exceptional organizational abilities.   
  • A self-starter with a high sense of urgency and the flexibility to thrive amidst the demands of a dynamic work environment.   
  • An eagle-eyed attention to detail with exceptional time management skills that allow you to navigate multiple priorities with ease. 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39.24 to $43.60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
