We’re seeking a talented Design Leader to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who excels at managing multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting compelling design solutions. You should have a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in packaging, branding, and product aesthetics. A deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and print production is essential. You’ll be challenged with tight deadlines and demanding clients, so a passion for design and a can-do attitude are crucial.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- A lead, hands-on designer from concept to completion
- Interpret and act on direction from art director, creative director and client
- Manage and accountable for own design time and others time to meet deadlines
- Create design solutions including project summaries, documents for client presentations
- Present designs and articulate design rationale based on objectives and design thinking process
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Expert design software skills – Adobe Illustrator, In-Design, Photoshop
- Expert in creating beautiful page layouts and presentations
- Ability to work efficiently and deliver great design under pressure
- Effective client facing presentation in groups and/or individually
- Excel in communication with ability to lead discussions
- Experienced with the creation of digital and social media design

The target hiring compensation range for this role is 60k to 80k. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
