Our Product and Design studio is seeking an Associate Design producer to assist a team of design producers and product designers in creating ground breaking Sports and TV experiences. The Sports & TV Product Design team is deeply involved in scaling existing media services as well as introducing new ones. Its culture is diverse, passionate, grows with debate, and is wholly customer-focused. The Producer team is responsible for all aspects of the project life cycle: identifying customer needs, ensuring clarity of requirements and goals, managing project teams, design reviews, and leveraging the knowledge and creativity of cross-functional partners to bring meaningful solutions to market. They are leading vision and purpose, inspiring creativity, and overseeing the organization and planning of team- wide initiatives. They serve as the liaison between Design and cross-functional teams.

The Associate Producer advances design efforts by working with Senior Producers as a key contributor across numerous projects and initiatives to drive the launch of new features and capabilities. This is a role for a problem solver and a task manager who wants to have their hands, mind, and heart in several things at once, and is proactively looking for gaps to fill.
