This Program Digital Analyst will leverage data, measurement, and analytics to identify and improve business impact of digital dealer products. In partnership with internal and external stakeholders, the Digital Analyst will develop and oversee test and learn plans for products optimization.  This information will enable the program to provide value to dealers through analysis and insights improving the dealers’ digital performance as well as demonstrate the value of program participation. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to drive value through optimal product mix and increase dealer enrollment by demonstrating ROI for participating dealers.
  • Analyze data including website metrics, digital advertising, stakeholder surveys, call tracking data, sales and lead data, and more.
  • Demonstrate unrelenting curiosity about optimized product mixes and the relationship between product enrollment, vendor performance, influence on sales, and consumer behavior/trends.
  • Provide recommendations on best practices that dealers and Digital Performance Team (DPT) members can implement to drive retail performance and digital conversion.
  • Develop and present learnings from analysis, including actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Well-informed of industry trends, consumer shopping behaviors, and the digital evolution as it relates to media, marketing, and automotive retail.
  • Distill large, complex data sets down to digestible actionable insights tailored to brand, regional and dealer audiences.
  • Produce, deliver, and present insights from ad-hoc reporting leveraging internal and external data as requested by DDS team, brands and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics or related field.
  • Proven experience on Tier III Digital programs and knowledge of vendors, co-op programs (iMR) and billing, past experience with dealer consulting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
  • Experience in project planning, including defining analytics requirements, setting objectives, and ensuring timely delivery of insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, with cross-functional teams, and external providers.
  • Familiar with digital analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience with data analysis and data visualization.
  • Ability to make data-driven recommendations to drive decisions.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing including websites, paid media, and programmatic platforms.

This is a hybrid role in Warren, Michigan. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without a sponsorship.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $85-110K per hour depending on experience. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
