As a Business Intelligence Data Analyst, you will:
- Develop, implement, and maintain standardized and ad-hoc reporting and analytics solutions, focusing on budget and performance metrics
- Analyze large datasets from various sources to extract meaningful information for business decisions.
- Lead and support cross-functional projects to enhance stakeholder capabilities and efficiencies.
- Define requirements and deploy business and IT requests, including new functionalities, tools, and training.
- Provide timely support to global purchasing requests related to functionality, processes, and data.
- Manage and distribute key budget files on a regular basis.
- Support budget discussions with the finance team.
- Proactively manage and communicate project status, deliverables, and risks to stakeholders.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Self-starter with strong influencing skills in a matrix organization.
- Proficiency in PowerBI and SQL.
- Experience with database and data warehousing platforms (MS Access, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
- Expertise in reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, MS Project, Visio, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint development and productivity tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47-52 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
