We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee and drive engineering and prototype services across multiple teams. This position involves managing program timelines, budgets, procurement activities, and cross-functional team collaboration, along with supporting test & reliability engineering, mechanical, firmware, and prototype engineering services. The ideal candidate will have a background in program management, strong communication skills, and experience in supporting technical and engineering teams to drive the development and delivery of innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Management Services:

Develop project management tools such as timelines, budgets, budget tracking, and issue management to support the team.

Assist with vendor setup, creation of Statements of Work (SOW) for third parties, issuing Purchase Orders (POs), and managing receipt of invoices.

Schedule and manage meetings for cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project progress.

Assist with the development of build plans, including pre-assembly, assembly, testing, and yield outputs.

Track components and footwear for engineering studies, ensuring proper inventory management and reporting.

Frame technical options and tradeoffs for leadership to facilitate effective decision-making.
Test & Reliability Engineering Services:

Assist in the development of test fixtures for various systems, such as the Amplify program and belt testing systems.

Organize and assess lab capabilities for test execution.

Conduct failure analysis to identify the root cause of device failures during wear testing and document results.

Schedule and run Bug Scrub meetings to communicate failure analysis findings.
Mechanical Engineering Services:

Review and provide feedback on athlete wear test plans and explore alternate experiences.

Support design and delivery for prototype builds related to mechanical engineering projects.
Firmware Engineering Services:

Assist in the development of new firmware capabilities to enable connected technologies.
Prototype Engineering Services:
-
Develop concepts and prototypes for powered augmentation technology, passive augmentation technology, and connected sport technology.

Serve as the primary liaison for fabrication and concept development.

Deliver prototypes that meet ID (Industrial Design), ME (Mechanical Engineering), EE (Electrical Engineering), and SW/FW (Software/Firmware) requirements.

Prepare and present content for successful checkpoints and transition into the roadmap.
Required Qualifications:
-
2 + years proven experience in program management, engineering services, and prototype development.

Strong understanding of engineering processes, including test & reliability engineering, mechanical engineering, and firmware development.

Experience with managing vendor relationships, procurement activities, and budget tracking.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and senior leadership.

Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Familiarity with tools and software used in engineering and program management (e.g., Confluence, Miro, Jira).
