Business Systems Analyst

Overview

Note: Beaverton, OR preferred – However, open to remote if you are willing to relocate if an FTE role were to open up

We seek passionate analyst to join our team! As an Advance Analyst, you will work on a variety of projects that support demand and operational planning for North America Marketplace Supply Chain. 

These include supporting operational forecasting products, ad hoc analytical support to answer key business questions and creating data visualizations.

You should have strong experience in Python; algorithms and data structures; experience in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau); as well as experience in querying from data warehouse platform (e.g. Snowflake). Knowledge on machine learning models will be plus. You should also have a demonstrable history of converting business requirements to analytics to deliver value, and be comfortable working in a light agile product model. As an analyst , you will be expected to own projects end-to-end – from conception to operationalization as well as partnering with various other business analysts and data scientists to develop a full accounted solution. As a result, you will be expected to provide technical vision and guidance to your teammates; therefore, strong communication skills are critical in this role.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, data analytics, computer science, data engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of professional experience in Analytics, Data Science, or similar roles
• A demonstrated problem solving and analytical mindset
• Experience with Python coding and a desire to learn and apply best practices
• Experience with Data Visualization tools
• Experience with technologies like Databricks, Snowflake, AWS is highly desirable
• Working knowledge of statistical models and business intelligence
• Effective communication skills (with team members, the business, and in code)
• Experience with agile development and test driven development

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $64.19 to $71.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
