Our client brings the superpower of computing to everyone in the world. Within our client UX Design, the UX Writing & Content Design team creates a unified voice for our client’s ecosystem, drives product narratives, and applies user-centric design methods to writing.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality user-facing language for end-to-end experiences, incorporating principles on content design, voice, tone, and UX
- Leverage content patterns and frameworks to help solve user pain points, identifying and creating new solutions when patterns don’t exist
- Partner closely with UX research, leveraging insights to help translate complex concepts and terminology into plain language
- Cultivate partnerships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including those in design, research, product marketing, legal, marketing, and Eng
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years of experience in writing, editorial, marketing, UX writing, or related, as well as leading content strategy projects
- Experience with UX-focused product writing and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with partners in UX, engineering, and product management teams
- Portfolio highlighting UX-focused writing samples and style guidelines
- Familiarity with Figma to help contribute to wireframes, mocks, prototypes, user flows that spans across multiple surfaces and devices, web, and apps
- Demonstrate a track record of shipping successful user-facing language on platform experiences for products, apps, or web
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $36.477 to $40.53 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
