The Creative Infrastructure Support role will assist in assuring our creative design and creative production teams have the most effective, efficient and inspiring tools and resources at their disposal. In this role you’ll ensure our digital asset management system is complete, accurate, and supporting the needs of our teams to its fullest potential as well as support the evaluation and implementation of new tools.
Job Description:
- Support the streamlining and optimizing of existing processes, increasing operational efficiency through automated solutions.
- Ensure accurate folder structures and consistent metadata imports, reducing errors and improving search-ability and usability of assets.
- Maintain the integrity of automated metadata tagging processes, ensuring high-quality asset categorization. Address gaps in tagging not covered by AI, Photo Production team, or ingest, ensuring comprehensive and reliable metadata for better asset discovery and usage.
- Assist with the migration of additional content, ensuring seamless transitions and reducing the potential for lost or mismanaged assets.
- Provide responsive user support, ensuring smooth operations and reducing downtime for users encountering system issues.
- Support Creative Infrastructure Lead in collaborating with crossfunctional teams to understand specific requirements and pain points, ensuring new tools directly address real business challenges.
- Assist in researching and recommending the best-fit tools that align with the team’s workflows and goals, maximizing efficiency and future-proofing processes.
- Support Creative Infrastructure Lead thorough assessments of potential tools, including compatibility, scalability, and costeffectiveness, to ensure sound investment decisions.
- Assist in developing detailed implementation plans and timelines, minimizing disruptions during transitions and ensuring smooth rollouts.
- Coordinate and manage tool deployment, training, and integration to ensure successful adoption.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience organizing digital assets within a marketing, advertising, creative agency, or entertainment setting, and are mindful of DAM best practices.
- Expert in a variety of entertainment asset file types: static images, video files, audio specs, subtitles, and the like.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and file types.
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Adept at learning new tools.
- Solid understanding of products and services, especially the retail environment.
- Creative problem-solver who can identify and address challenges at their core, not just superficially.
- Proactive contributor who can work independently, and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated skills in core areas: concise and clear written and verbal communication, attention to detail, innovative approach to problemsolving.
- Expertise in building credibility, rapport, and productive relationships across functions in a large organization.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, flexible, and comfortable navigating rapid change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to handle high-level responsibilities, with high level of accountability for outcomes.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience required.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $63.84 to $70.93 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
