We’re seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives and lead transformational programs across our global organization. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing programs that enhance customer experience, team effectiveness, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence
- Oversee global programs that enable leaders and teams to deliver superior customer service
- Create and manage comprehensive project timelines, including risk assessment and contingency planning
- Lead program implementation with robust feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement
- Partner cross-functionally to optimize program performance and enhance customer/team experience
- Design and implement change management strategies to drive adoption of new tools and processes
- Establish and track success metrics for critical initiatives
- Develop business requirements for solution implementation and upgrades
- Build consensus and influence across organizational levels
Qualifications
- Proven track record in program management and strategic initiative development
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience with global program implementation preferred
- Former Tech experience, a plus
Work Environment
- 12-18 month temporary assignment for engagement
- Hybrid schedule with Tuesday-Thursday onsite in Cupertino, CA
- Fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring flexibility and adaptability
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $90 to $95/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
