About the Role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join our team who is passionate about creating and executing engaging events in both in-person and virtual settings. This role is perfect for a creative professional who thrives on pushing boundaries and delivering exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate cross-functional events from conception to execution, managing both basic room reservations and complex production events
  • Manage comprehensive event logistics including:
    • Space reservations and calendar management
    • Facility work orders and setup requirements
    • Event oversight and on-site coordination
    • Vendor and partner relationships
  • Serve as primary point of contact for event-related inquiries and coordination
  • Maintain and update organizational knowledge base, including:
    • Standard operating procedures
    • Best practices documentation
    • Key metrics and performance tracking
  • Lead special projects focused on operational improvements
  • Ensure compliance with Conference & Production Services policies

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in event coordination, conference center operations, or equivalent role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven track record of managing complex events with minimal supervision
  • Strong proficiency in technology applications, including:
    • Mail
    • Numbers
    • Keynote
    • Pages
    • Calendar

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $45/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
