Our client is looking for a Games Design Producer to act as the point of contact across numerous projects and initiatives to drive the launch of new sports features and capabilities. Drive innovations in the way we work, be responsible for contributing to the operational roadmap, and rollout of new ways of working. Manage high-profile, key projects and initiatives with heavy executive visibility and interest. Maintain oversight of all projects and initiatives the Games Design teams are working on. Build and maintain cross-functional relationships and partnerships. Represent the Design team in product and resource planning efforts and negotiate priorities given limited resources and an ambitious schedule.
The Games Design Producer can equally build effective project teams and drive detailed design tasks and deliverables across a variety of products and groups. With the design team, they are responsible for all aspects of the project life cycle: identifying customer needs, ensuring clarity of requirements and goals, leading project teams, design reviews, and leveraging the knowledge and creativity of cross-functional partners to bring meaningful solutions to market. They are leading vision and purpose, inspiring creativity, and overseeing the organization and planning of team-wide initiatives. The team is deeply involved in scaling existing media services as well as introducing new ones. Its culture is diverse, passionate, grows with debate, and is wholly customer-focused.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a design producer within software design or at an agency.
- Shown ability to meet deadlines and get results while juggling many projects and priorities.
- Keen ability to grasp complexity quickly and to focus on key issues.
- A compelling desire to deliver innovative and exceptional Human Interface design to our customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to constant change.
- Experience running remote work streams and partners across multiple time zones.
- Proven experience with multi-disciplinary teams (Design, Engineering, Business, R&D, and others) to ideate, iterate, launch, and refine new product designs.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $76.50 to $85 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
