Our major tech client is looking for a Coordinator.
PLEASE NOTE: This role is hybrid out of Santa Monica, CA
Key Qualifications:
- Positive attitude, proactive, team player, highly motivated, with a can-do approach
- Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally across organization
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain studio Operations calendar.
- Coordinate studio tour scheduling, planning & execution
- Coordinate, plan and execute on-site activities / events and off-site activities / events
- Assist with basic maintenance of internal documentation & meeting notes
- Assist in management of day to day facility operations
- Additional duties as appropriate

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $37.50 to $41.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
