We are searching for an Email Marketing Coordinator to join our client’s team. We are seeking an enthusiastic member to join Engagement Marketing. Engagement Marketing is a cross-functional organization focused on driving engagement and retention for the platform. The team is results-driven, data-informed, and thoughtful. Members of the team identify opportunities, build programs, and develop campaigns that drive engagement on the platform. Ideal candidates for this position are hungry for knowledge, have a strong curiosity, and operate with integrity. This position will have the opportunity to learn how to build email campaigns end to end.

Responsibilities:

  • Build email newsletter campaigns for the US and Canada.
  • Support the Manager, Engagement Marketing, with campaign projects, campaign work, ticketing, and reporting.
  • Work with creative, operations, and legal teams on email newsletter campaign creation.
  • Responsible for opening design tickets with the creative team to obtain copy and artwork for email newsletters.
  • Manage operations tickets to build email newsletters in Jira and various project management systems.
  • Thoroughly QA all email newsletter campaigns.
  • Project management and trafficking of creative assets for campaigns.
  • Insert campaigns into the Air Table calendar.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Up to 1 year of relevant marketing experience, developing campaigns via email or social.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, as well as Google suite.
  • Strong project management and timeline management skills.
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Interest in entertainment and media a plus.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30 to $35 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
