Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Program Manager to spearhead their Platform Perks loyalty initiatives. Reporting to the Manager, Product Marketing the Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle of loyalty initiatives, ensuring alignment with their business objectives. They will develop and implement comprehensive project plans that define scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including product development, product marketing, legal, design, partnerships, and data analytics—they will drive the execution of strategic projects that deliver value to their subscribers. The role will involve monitoring project performance against established KPIs, managing risks and issues proactively, and facilitating stakeholder communication to ensure transparency and alignment. They will also analyze customer data to inform future decisions and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. This role requires a deep understanding of the streaming landscape, keen analytical skills, and strong project/program management experience.

Additional Job Details:

  • Assist in designing and implementing a comprehensive loyalty program strategy that enhances subscriber engagement and retention across global markets
  • Leverage research and analytics to develop a holistic offer strategy, driving the partnership roadmap and ensuring effective execution of initiatives
  • Support the development and implementation of global loyalty programs, adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of different markets while maintaining alignment with overall business objectives
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new loyalty initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with cross-functional teams
  • Work closely with various departments—product marketing, product development, partnerships, and analytics—to meet project deadlines and milestones effectively.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project/Program Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of project/program management experience, preferably with a focus on loyalty programs
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and objectives
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize subscriber insights, analytics, and competitive intelligence
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in leveraging research and analytics to drive strategic decisions and develop offer strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or PgMP (Program Management Professional)
  • Loyalty program experience is strongly preferred
  • Prior experience supporting and scaling global loyalty programs, adapting strategies to diverse market needs
  • Deep understanding of streaming and entertainment industry
  • Experience in developing strategic roadmaps for loyalty programs
  • Familiarity with various Voice of Subscriber channels and methodologies for gathering and utilizing subscriber feedback

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60 to $64 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
