Are you a dynamic, self-driven professional ready to play a pivotal role in a fast-paced global organization? We’re seeking an exceptional Executive Admin to support our Regional Director overseeing all Canadian operations. This is your chance to showcase your multifaceted skills and grow with a leading company in the safety sciences industry!

Position Overview:

As the right-hand to our Canadian leader, you’ll be the linchpin of their Toronto office, managing everything from high-level projects to day-to-day operations. This role offers a unique blend of administrative expertise, project management, and creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Toronto office, becoming the go-to person for all things Canada
  • Manage complex calendaring, travel arrangements, and expense reports for the Regional Director
  • Coordinate cross-border logistics for lab equipment and manage associated documentation
  • Plan and execute high-profile events, including visits from C-suite executives
  • Create and edit newsletters, presentations, and legal documents
  • Oversee office budget, supplies, and onboarding of new leaders
  • Assist in preparing varied reports, statistics, and market research documentation

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proactive self-starter with 5+ years of relevant experience in a global company setting
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
  • Creativity and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in French is highly desired and will be compensated accordingly
