Our large retail client is seeking a remote motion graphics designer to join their team. This will be a remote role 15-37.5 hours per week for 6 months to start (possibility of extension)
What You’ll Do
· Working directly with the Digital Marketing team to develop Performance Marketing campaigns with various asset sizes that live on Facebook/IG and Google.
· Creating motion graphic videos and static imagery from product images and copy
· Reviewing creative briefs and executing on a campaign
· Working with creative governance to ensure all assets are on brand
· Attend creative brief meetings to gather information and understand objectives for various marketing initiatives related to assigned project
· Conceptualize and design page layouts to meet scheduled deadlines and technical standards and ensure ideas translate well into photography, copy and production needs
· Search various image databases for inspiration and reference material, including internal and external sources. Work closely with Producer and Art Director to discuss and resolve use of photography, backgrounds, and special treatments
· Attend project reviews with various stakeholders and interact with them to ensure all needs are met
· Ability to evaluate reusability of existing photography for the new layout and determine reasonable need for new photography.
Must haves/Experience:
Ad building experience for Google display network, Facebook/Instagram and YouTube
Photoshop and After Effects expertise, XD and Illustrator good to have.
Ability or experience to follow brand guidelines and work with supplied templates.
Experience working for a digital retailer, ability to handle campaigns with a large number of assets.
