UX Researcher / User Testing

Overview

Immediate opening for a UX Researcher with our direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce client. We’re looking for someone well rounded with mixed methods expertise. This role will be heavily focused on user testing and presentations. Added plus if the UXR has Figma or protoyping experience. 

State date: Within the next 2-3 weeks
Duration: 3 – 6 months 
Location: Our client is based in LA. They prefer to have someone who can come into the office on a hybrid basis. Open to remote for the right candidate but must work PST/West Coast time zone. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead, scope, and execute strategic and tactical research; answer exploratory and foundational questions, validate concepts and/or designs for testing purposes, and conduct detailed post-test recaps.
• Distill data into compelling, digestible deliverables, highlighting the most important insights that help Ruggable better understand user needs, validate shopping hypotheses, and identify high-value opportunities.
• Present insights to diverse audiences including executive leadership, core teams, and broader groups.
• Strong portfolio showing ways you have consistently and creatively brought a deeper understanding of consumer needs to help teams solve ambiguous and/or complex business challenges, product, and design objectives.

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years of experience performing and analyzing user research & tests
• Preferred tooling experience: Figma, UserTesting

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $59.05 to $65.61 an hour an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
