Our Team at Aquent at Aquent is working with one of our Consumer Tech clients in their search for an AD/Senior Designer to create designs for content innovation and featuring on their music streaming platform. You are a designer who knows how to tell stories, on any platform, that drives engagement via strong concepts in multiple media. You have a pulse on conceptual approaches, creative trends, and on-product content design, along with a creative sensibility that extends across content genres. You excel at building strong cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced organization.

Strong typographic, graphic design, and art direction skills with motion and photo-experience

Strong understanding of digital platforms

Experience with content/campaign strategy

Proven ability to create and direct high-quality campaign creative either for marketing or on-platform

Proficient in Digital, Social, AV, motion, and on-product content design with top-of-class design benchmarks

Experience delivering big ideas for subscription businesses a plus

Experience in a quick-moving and cross-functional focused environment

International experience or experience working with global teams

Experience working directly with talent and creators to collaborate on campaigns
Education & Experience

Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Additional Requirements

A robust portfolio that includes top-tier creative for on-platform creative or marketing campaigns

Proficient in design systems, Keynote, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Sketch, After Effects and motion skills
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $75 to $95 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
