This is a hybrid role located in Los Angeles; Mon/Fri Remote; Tues/Wed/Thu Onsite.

As a Developer Marketing Specialist, you will work with mobile game developers and partners to design and execute launch and engagement campaigns, and develop processes and tools to improve performance. Your goal is to create effective, scalable marketing initiatives aimed at acquiring new players and retaining subscribers, focusing on strategic partnerships with our managed developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Campaign Development:

    • Design and execute marketing campaigns for major franchises, ensuring alignment with goals and audience insights.
    • Encourage developer partners to participate in marketing initiatives by addressing challenges with innovative solutions.
    • Use data-driven insights to guide campaign strategy and optimization.
  • Campaign Management:

    • Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely execution of deliverables and compliance with brand guidelines.
    • Analyze and optimize campaign performance to maximize results and guide future campaigns.
  • Process and Tools Development:

    • Create and implement internal processes to streamline marketing activities and improve efficiency.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain tools for scaling marketing programs.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Work with production, marketing, editorial, and PR to align marketing plans.
    • Ensure clear communication and coordination across teams and with external partners for seamless campaign execution.
    • Provide ongoing marketing support internally and externally as a marketing liaison.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of partner marketing experience for a leading game or entertainment brand or agency.
  • Experience in marketing campaign planning, execution, and measurement.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Knowledge of and passion for mobile games is a plus.
  • Previous project management or production experience is a plus.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $50/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
