Our client is seeking a dedicated Production/Project Coordinator to assist with the management and operations of large-scale live events, activations, and builds. This role involves providing comprehensive support to ensure smooth project execution and exceptional client experiences.

This role is 5 days on-site in their office in Los Angeles!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

    • Provide high-level administrative support to the entire team, including managing team calendars, scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, maintaining Google Drive files, conducting research, and tracking deliveries.
    • Support the team with financial needs, such as creating and maintaining project budgets, setting up new vendors, and tracking all event expenses and vendor payments.
  • Creative Support:

    • Assist the creative team in creating decks and presentations, managing creative department deliverables, contributing to creative brainstorming sessions, and assisting with social media accounts.
  • Production Support:

    • Assist the production team in creating timelines, inventory checklists, load-in/out schedules, run-of-shows, and production manuals.
    • Coordinate deliveries and pick-ups, book freelancer support, vendors, and talent as needed.
  • Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in entry-level planning, customer service/client management, or an administrative role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25 to $28.95 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
