Our client specializes in creating immersive physical experiences with meticulous attention to detail, from master planning to final finishes. Thier team leverages collective expertise to optimize efficiency and bring brands and guest experiences to life.

As the Project Manager/Producer, you will oversee the creative production for both physical and digital experiential designs. You will provide technical expertise across multiple departments, ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to completion.

This role is On-site 5 days per week in their office in East Los Angeles near downtown

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Development & Project Planning:
    • Lead the development of concepts, overall project plans, timelines, budgets, P&L, experience design build plans, fabrication, quality assurance, installation, and project completion.
  • Project Execution:
    • Create and execute detailed project plans including workback/milestone schedules, graphics matrices, production timelines, labor calls, trucking schedules, contact lists, travel arrangements, credentials, and packing lists.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Senior Producers and creative and production teams to realize the client’s vision while maintaining the client’s brand integrity in line with their company ethos.
    • Communicate directly with clients and their teams to solidify and amplify ideas, creating internal strategies and deliverables for execution.
  • Client & Vendor Management:
    • Assist with client negotiations and manage vendor relationships, including pricing and payment negotiations, to ensure on-time and on-budget deliverables.
  • Research & Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct thorough research and gather necessary information to ensure the highest quality event productions.
  • Event Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day needs for event and production execution.
    • Participate actively in production by making site visits and sourcing resources, contractors, and vendors before, during, and after events.
    • Serve as the primary liaison with vendors on event-related matters and manage on-site production, including internal and external labor.
    • Ensure proper event close-out procedures are followed.
  • Ideation & Brainstorming:
    • Contribute to the ideation and brainstorming process for current and future projects.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to production management.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $38 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
