We are seeking a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator to join our team at a prestigious private members club. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strategic mindset, and excellent project management skills. This role is essential in supporting the launch of our new platform and will involve a balanced mix of design, project coordination, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design (60%):

    • Create visually compelling designs for posters, digital media, micro sites, and web templates.
    • Utilize Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, to develop and enhance imagery.
    • Contribute to the design of a white-label app for the private club industry, ensuring seamless integration of tasks within the app.
  • Project Coordination (15%):

    • Assist in project management, ensuring timely and efficient execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Support the launch and transition of our platform from static to web-based.
  • Board Support (25%):

    • Provide administrative support to the board, including preparing presentations and reports.
    • Assist in the planning and coordination of events and on-site activities.
  • Event Support:

    • Offer on-site support for events, ensuring a smooth and successful execution.
    • Work 4-5 days on-site as needed, contributing to the club’s vibrant culture and member engagement.

Skills and Capabilities:

  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong design skills with experience in creating digital and print materials.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills.
  • Administrative support experience, especially in a board or executive setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with tech platforms, particularly in designing and managing white-label apps.
