Kaitlin Lissandrello Brown Industry Director, Aquent
Kaitlin Lissandrello Brown, an Industry Director at Aquent, has been named to SIA’s 2024 40 Under 40 list. The list highlights the up-and-coming leaders in the staffing industry. Brown has been with Aquent for 10 years, initially supporting small and midsize businesses, she has since grown into an industry director, overseeing some of Aquent’s largest clients. In 2021, Brown played a key role in launching Aquent talent Gaming, a division that supports AAA game studios’ workforce solution needs. She recently secured a multi-year deal with a major video game studio for which Aquent Talent will oversee design and production for one of the most played video games in the world. In addition to innovative thinking, Brown believes continuous education is a key to success. In 2023, she completed a Certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia Business School. Brown credits her passion for marketing and gaming for helping her develop creative solutions for her clients.
