Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) has named Den Mondejar, Director of Enterprise and Talent Solutions at Aquent, to its list of the top DE&I Influencers for 2024. Since 2021, SIA has been recognizing individuals who are passionate advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion. According to SIA, those on the list are unafraid to engage in difficult conversations about DE&I, and their advocacy efforts reflect the diversity of the communities they serve. In his role at Aquent, Mondejar supports both Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize businesses in achieving their workforce diversity goals through targeted diversity recruiting. He brings extensive experience in consulting for renowned brands, fostering meaningful dialogues, and implementing data-driven solutions to improve access for underrepresented groups. Additionally, he is an active member of Aquent's North American DEIB Council and chairs the BIPOC employee resource group. Under Mondejar's leadership, Aquent has seen substantial growth in its DE&I support services, doubling its business in this area and now assisting 22 clients with their DE&I priorities.
