Carole Smith Director of Marketing – DEI Council Co-founder, Aquent

ADCOLOR, the premier organization championing diversity and inclusion in creative industries, announced that Aquent’s Director of Marketing and DEI Council Co-founder, Carole Smith, has been selected to participate in the ADCOLOR Leaders program. This program is designed to support historically excluded professionals in creative industries as they rise to executive roles. As Aquent's Marketing Director, Smith spearheaded initiatives that garnered award-winning content and record growth across key marketing channels. She also co-founded the DEI Council, which helped transform the company culture and contributed to the launch of a diversity recruiting solution for clients. As a result of this focus on building a more diverse workplace, Newsweek named Aquent to its list of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity, and the National Diversity & Leadership Conference also recognized her as a 2024 Top 50 Inclusive Leader.
