U.S. News & World Report recently included Aquent on a list of large companies that continue to hire for remote and hybrid roles. While some organizations are shifting back to in-office work, Aquent is a virtual-first company of agile self-starters who work from anywhere to get the job done. Since reducing office-related expenses, Aquent has redirected the savings into home office assistance programs, monthly wellness webinars, and team-building activities to foster an engaged work culture. U.S. News notes that while some “remote-first” companies allow employees to choose between working remotely or in the office, others are reverting to full-time office schedules.
