Position Overview

Are you ready to bring your recruiting superpowers to a team that thrives on energy, collaboration, and impact? We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a mixture of exempt and non-exempt level positions within our Operations and Supply Chain functions.

In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner closely with hiring managers and HR, and play a critical role in ensuring our teams are staffed with top talent. This is a remote, hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with leaders and candidates.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from initial intake through offer acceptance.

  • Partner directly with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs, key requirements, and hiring priorities.

  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, employee referrals, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.

  • Screen and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications, availability, and overall position fit.

  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and guide interview and selection decisions.

  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Deliver a positive, respectful candidate experience throughout every step of the hiring process.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting Operations and Supply Chain business units.

  • Sourcing: Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage talent.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.

  • Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • Systems: Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
