We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to step into a pivotal role within our Cost Management team. As a key player, you will directly influence the financial health and strategic growth of our retail infrastructure by meticulously managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets across our Store Development and Facilities Management portfolio. Your expertise will not only ensure fiscal responsibility but also provide crucial insights that empower effective decision-making across our extensive operations, driving efficiency and optimizing resources for our future success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets across the Store Development and Facilities Management portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Raise and administer Purchase Orders and payments for construction, maintenance, and operational activities.
• Review vendor proposals and invoices for accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop vendor management reporting and support cost governance initiatives in store development and facilities management.
• Partner with Real Estate, Construction, Facilities Management, and Finance teams to provide consolidated financial oversight and business insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost reporting, financial controls, and procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration, or any comparable field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in finance, specifically with exposure to finance activities and processes in Construction and Facilities Management.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities and prioritize accordingly.
• Adept at navigating and evolving in a fast-moving environment.
• Great teamwork and interpersonal skills.
