Digital Designer -AI

Overview

Contribute to design thinking workshops and structured ideation for digital and phygital play experiences under the direction of senior designers and innovation leads. Translate early concepts into visual prototypes using advanced design tools and approved AI systems, following established creative, brand, and technical guidelines. Use AI tools as part of personal creative workflows and participate in team knowledge-sharing to build AI fluency across the organization.

Collaborate with team members by providing constructive peer feedback and supporting shared creative goals while continuing to develop personal skills in AI-assisted design methodologies. Conduct trend and consumer research to support concept development and project insights. Partner with Digital Production, AI R&D Labs, New Business Marketing, and Branding teams throughout the concept development process. Assist in creating play and production specifications for prototypes and production readiness. Participate in the evaluation of digital builds to verify quality, brand alignment, and experiential intent. Contribute to internal presentations that communicate concepts, prototypes, and design recommendations.

Required Skills

Proficiency and enthusiasm in AI tools for text, image, and audio generation. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Firefly and Substance. Working knowledge of Figma or comparable prototyping tools. Understanding of design thinking principles and structured problem-solving approaches. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage assigned tasks across multiple concurrent projects.

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Required Years of Experience

3–5 years of professional experience in digital product design, emerging technology design, innovation, or related fields.

Desired Skills

Experience collaborating within hybrid AI-assisted design workflows. Interest in mentoring through peer collaboration and informal knowledge-sharing. Exposure to game modding, game engines, or interactive prototyping tools. Experience contributing to phygital or interactive experiences. Understanding of consumer product development processes.

Desired Education

Degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Innovation, Emerging Technology, or a related field.

Desired Years of Experience

3+ years of experience in digital design, innovation, or emerging technology roles.
