Health Insurance with Cigna
We provide the best health coverage in the industry with eligibility even for short-term and part-time roles (eligibility starts at 20 hours/week*) and a choice of three plans for individuals and families (HMO-style, PPO-style, and High-Deductible-style). Our plans do not require referrals to see specialists and provide comprehensive coverage equivalent to platinum or gold level on the ACA market.
*Talent are eligible for insurance on the first of the month after working four consecutive weeks for an average of 20+ hours/week.

Cigna’s Dental PPO has one of the largest dental networks in the country and also enables you to see out-of-network providers. Preventive care is fully covered with basic restorative care covered at 80% and major care covered at 50%, including orthodontia. Our generous annual maximum of up to $2,500 ensures coverage for the care you and your family might need.
