Aquent has an exciting for a Visual Merchandising Design Coordinator!

This position is 100% remote within the United States and will require working Eastern Time Zone hours.  We will only consider candidates who currently live in the United States.  Out-of-country candidates will not be considered.

In addition, to be considered, you must:

  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis.  C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this role
  • Be able to provide a screenshot of your Wifi connection speeds and have a private, secure workspace.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and strategic alignment of visual merchandising initiatives. In this position, you will be instrumental in managing critical store layout data and planogram changes, directly impacting how products are presented to millions of customers. Your work will support key merchandising strategies, innovative test programs, and overlapping initiatives, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-volume retail environment, where your analytical skills and meticulous execution will drive operational success and visual appeal.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Process daily system updates and manage store layout files using design software.
* Identify and resolve discrepancies between planogram event changes, merchandising strategies, and footage requirements.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with design and strategy teams to support file creation, store assignments, and classification updates.
* Review and analyze upcoming store projects to identify overlaps with test and localization programs.
* Ensure accuracy across a multitude of test programs and planogram versions, managing a high volume of data.
* Manage weekly discrepancy reporting related to regulatory compliance, product limitations, and store-type rules.
* Partner with designers to correct system discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
* Provide ad hoc support for various strategic layout-related rollouts and special programs.
* Coordinate workload effectively to manage off-schedule tasks alongside existing store timelines.
* Proactively resolve conflicts between design teams to prevent operational impacts.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.
* Strong attention to detail and exceptional data entry accuracy.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with managing and analyzing complex data sets.
* Proficiency in using design software for layout management.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $22.00 to $24.44 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
