About the Role

What You’ll Do
• Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, from budget management to social promotion, ensuring successful delivery and measurable impact
• Develop and execute internal and external promotional plans that maximize awareness before, during, and after major initiatives
• Conduct deep data analysis to uncover opportunities, optimize audience targeting, and refine marketing strategies
• Build and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across social, owned, and external channels to drive engagement and business outcomes
• Partner with senior marketing leadership to define strategies, guide audience engagement programs, and identify innovative virtual and in-person experiences
• Manage and optimize relationships with media agencies to elevate contribution and output
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure campaigns and content align with brand voice and meet quality standards across all media platforms
• Act as a subject matter expert, establishing best practices for advertising and aligning marketing efforts across the organization
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign ROI using KPIs such as pipeline, revenue, and engagement, partnering closely with sales teams
• Serve as a primary contact for large-scale media planning, coordinating with broader media teams to scale strategies
• Lead creation and analysis of social media content, social selling programs, and related measurement frameworks
• Manage external relationships with venues, suppliers, and agencies, including negotiation, event planning, logistics, and speaker coordination
• Develop and implement innovative communication strategies to amplify media reach and public visibility
