This role is for a senior program leader who independently owns the full lifecycle of advanced, cross-functional programs. You will drive strategy into execution, manage change at scale, and establish the structures, metrics, and relationships required for sustained success.
Key responsibilities:
- Author comprehensive program charters defining scope, timelines, objectives, resourcing, risks, and dependencies
- Develop detailed project plans that break work into clear phases and provide visibility into risks, dependencies, and constraints
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders to support effective decision-making and role clarity
- Manage program escalations and partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and keep initiatives on track
- Design and execute predictable, role-appropriate communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment
- Represent program needs and priorities across cross-functional forums and leadership touchpoints
- Lead change management efforts, including impact analysis, rollout planning, and execution in partnership with stakeholders
- Monitor change adoption and proactively address misalignments to ensure smooth transitions
- Define, collect, and manage critical program data, maintaining accurate trackers, dashboards, and status reporting
- Proactively identify and execute program tasks while managing dependencies and upholding standards of excellence, inclusion, and trust
- Establish and maintain program governance, including mitigation plans, postmortems, and escalation paths
- Facilitate effective program meetings that drive progress, accountability, and collaboration
- Define program phasing and success metrics that support continuous improvement
- Clearly communicate rationale for program pivots and ensure stakeholder understanding and alignment
