In this role, you will serve as a vital contributor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage and grow comprehensive customer lifecycle programs. You will be at the heart of developing and deploying B2B marketing communications, ensuring customers receive the support and insights they need to thrive. Your expertise will be crucial in program management, deriving valuable insights from data, and driving the successful launch of new marketing initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction, fostering long-term customer relationships, and ultimately driving the continued growth and success of businesses utilizing our advertising platforms.
Primary Duties:
- Develop and create B2B customer lifecycle marketing communications, customer programs, and creative deliverables.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support overall program management.
- Share valuable insights to inform decision-making and program optimization.
- Champion new ideas to maintain high customer engagement and drive program evolution.
- Support the successful launch of new marketing initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least three years of work experience within a marketing organization or creative agency.
- Hands-on experience in the development and creation of B2B customer lifecycle marketing communications, customer programs, and creative deliverables
- Demonstrated passion for creating exceptional customer experiences that deliver both delight and value.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with leveraging data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- A savvy approach to tackling issues and providing creative solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
