We are seeking a visionary and meticulous leader to orchestrate the intricate dance of post-production, bringing captivating content to life. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the seamless transformation of raw footage into polished, broadcast-ready masterpieces, directly influencing the quality and impact of our client’s global content offerings. Your expertise will ensure every visual and auditory element aligns with the highest standards, captivating millions and solidifying our client’s reputation for unparalleled storytelling.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Lead and optimize end-to-end post-production workflows, from initial script intake through to final delivery.
* Serve as the primary liaison, bridging creative teams, production, and external partners with internal stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure timely deliverables.
* Guide and mentor the post-production team, providing clear direction during project intake and throughout review cycles.
* Rigorously review footage, edits, and audio to guarantee adherence to creative vision and brand standards.
* Proactively track project progress, identifying and resolving discrepancies, blockers, and other critical needs.
* Strategically manage editorial resources, including folder structures, file naming conventions, asset acquisition, and digital asset management systems.
* Oversee and ensure the timely completion of multiple concurrent projects, maintaining precision under tight deadlines.
* Champion adherence to brand style guidelines, partnership requirements, and platform-specific delivery specifications.
* Define, communicate, and uphold post-production standards, policies, and procedures across all projects.
* Maintain and evolve editorial systems, workflows, and server organization for optimal efficiency.
* Actively participate in and oversee post-production support, including color correction, audio mixing, graphics integration, and final finishing processes.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 7+ years of dedicated experience in post-production, editorial, or finishing for broadcast, commercial, or digital content.
* Demonstrated expertise in managing comprehensive post-production workflows, encompassing editorial, color grading, sound design, and final delivery.
* A deep understanding of editing principles, motion graphics, audio mixing, and color correction methodologies.
* Proven ability to expertly manage multiple concurrent projects within a dynamic, fast-paced creative environment.
* Exceptional communication skills, capable of fostering clarity and alignment across diverse creative and technical teams throughout the review process.
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop, along with familiarity with tools like DaVinci Resolve.
* Extensive experience with digital asset management systems and maintaining highly organized file structures for large-scale productions.
* Impeccable attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and unwavering follow-through from project inception to final output.
* A proactive problem-solver, adept at identifying workflow efficiencies and driving process improvements.
* Comprehensive knowledge of platform-specific delivery specifications (e.g., for broadcast, streaming, social media) and the ability to ensure strict adherence to brand standards.
* The resilience to thrive under tight deadlines and rapidly shifting priorities while consistently preserving creative integrity.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Advanced, specialized expertise (6+ years) in Adobe Premiere Video Editing, showcasing a mastery of the platform.
* Deep, hands-on experience (6+ years) specifically in Video Post-Production, demonstrating a profound understanding of the craft.
