We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Media Network Program Manager to lead the execution of our Vendor Monetization Program. This role will oversee vendor campaign onboarding, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver best-in-class retail media experiences. Direct RMN (Retail Media Network) experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Account & Sales Activities: Manage and drive all account management and sales functions supporting the vendor monetization program.
  • Vendor Onboarding: Receive campaign leads from the merchant team and guide vendors through the campaign intake and onboarding process.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee vendor-paid campaigns from briefing to delivery, ensuring partner objectives are achieved and performance goals met.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the paid marketing team to develop and execute campaign strategies that align with vendor goals.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate across divisions to identify and deliver key value drivers within each partner program.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage regular meetings, updates, and alignment sessions with cross-divisional and external partners.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver campaign-level reporting and overall program recaps, highlighting results, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Financial Coordination: Partner with internal teams and accounting to oversee invoicing and financial management for individual campaigns.
  • Program Optimization: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to identify best practices, evaluate performance, and leverage emerging trends to enhance program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, media partnerships, or vendor monetization programs.
  • Direct RMN (Retail Media Network) experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, campaign management, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with media performance, campaign management, and reporting tools.
