We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our agile teams and play a pivotal role in guiding them towards peak performance. ### What You’ll Do:
In this pivotal role, you will act as a servant leader, coaching and guiding our agile teams to achieve their highest potential. You will be at the forefront of fostering collaboration, removing obstacles, and ensuring our development processes are efficient and effective. Your contributions will directly influence the speed and quality of our product delivery, driving success across key projects.

* **Facilitate Agile Ceremonies:** Lead and organize all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring productive and engaging sessions.
* **Coach and Mentor:** Guide agile teams on Scrum principles, practices, and theory, fostering a deep understanding and application of agile methodologies.
* **Remove Impediments:** Actively identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress, shielding the team from external distractions and interferences.
* **Backlog Management:** Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints.
* **Performance Monitoring:** Analyze and interpret sprint metrics, including planned vs. historical velocity, and monitor for agile anti-patterns, wasteful processes, and quality trends.
* **Foster Self-Organization:** Encourage and empower teams to become more self-organizing and self-managing, promoting ownership and accountability.
* **Stakeholder Communication:** Provide clear status reports, communicating accomplishments, issues, and risks to product stakeholders.
* **Continuous Improvement:** Facilitate retrospectives and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
* **Quality Assurance:** Ensure the application of agile principles, adherence to the Scrum process, and monitor for strong software engineering practices.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to articulate value-add principles effectively.
* Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team, diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
* Robust agile knowledge and software development experience, enabling you to coach and guide development team members in enhancing their skills.
* A strong ability to ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are rigorously adhered to, making decisive calls when necessary.
* A keen eye for noticing differences and issues as they arise, with the capability to elevate them to management appropriately.
* A comprehensive understanding of the Scrum framework and the ability to effectively train others on its application.
