As a vital member of the Product Management Team, you will lead critical marketing technology initiatives, supporting the company’s commitment to delivering targeted, data-driven, and personalized omni-channel marketing programs at scale. You will be the bridge between business needs, technical capabilities, and external partners, defining and delivering the products, data, and platform integrations that power sophisticated campaign orchestration, audience segmentation, personalization, and measurement across various digital channels. Your work will directly empower marketing teams to execute high-performance campaigns, enhancing customer retention and driving significant business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Drive the product strategy for customer retention marketing technology, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to maintain market leadership.
* Collaborate extensively with business, development, and external vendor teams to define and deliver robust marketing technology solutions.
* Partner with various internal stakeholders across the organization to balance competing interests, communicate a clear product vision, and ensure alignment.
* Work closely with engineering teams to identify implementation options, guide business partners on recommendations, and prioritize development efforts.
* Manage the full product lifecycle, from driving requirements through concept to successful launch, engaging both internal engineering resources and external development partners.
* Oversee the day-to-day management of customer retention marketing incidents and bugs, ensuring timely troubleshooting and prioritization.
* Maintain a healthy and well-groomed backlog of functional and technical user stories.
* Assess technical questions and collaborate with engineering and vendors to achieve effective resolutions.
* Develop and monitor project success metrics, ensuring ongoing analysis and reporting of post-launch results.
* Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including status updates, training materials, release notes, and user guides.
* Continuously drive product improvements and inform the product roadmap with innovative ideas, leveraging user research, market analysis, and success metrics.

**Required Qualifications:**

* **Experience:**
* 5+ years of experience in product management with a successful history of launching highly effective products, or comparable experience in AdTech, MarTech, or related fields (experience with customer relationship management, email, and mobile marketing technology preferred).
* Proven experience in improving user experience on marketing and digital platforms, including integrating various marketing technology platforms.
* Familiarity with marketing and advertising technologies and principles, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams to implement features that enhance data capture, integrity, and usability.
* Demonstrated experience with agile development cycles and release processes, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
* Proficiency in using project management tools and agile methodologies, with flexibility regarding evolving priorities.
* Experience in data-driven decision-making, working directly with both business stakeholders and engineering partners to develop best-in-class marketing technology implementation solutions, and collaborating with global and national marketing and advertising technology vendors.
* Experience representing the voice of the customer or stakeholders.
* Bachelor’s Degree is required.
* **Skills & Competencies:**
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both business and technical teams.
* Innate understanding of customer needs and behaviors, and the ability to identify and articulate opportunities for improvement in the client journey.
* Proven ability to meet critical deadlines while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and vendor partners.
* Self-sufficient with the ability to operate effectively without close supervision.
* Proficient in Product Roadmap Planning tools to manage, communicate, and execute on your domain’s roadmap.
* Ability to navigate project management tools for tracking and collaboration.
* Strong technical acumen, including an understanding of software development processes and technologies, and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and understand technical constraints.
* Data-driven and problem-solving focused, leveraging qualitative and quantitative feedback with creative thinking to solve complex client and business problems.
* **Technology Acumen:**
* Required experience with email service providers, mobile messaging providers, and data pipelines and maintenance.
* Familiarity with marketing orchestration, audience segmentation, tracking and analytics, and content management systems.
* Ability to quickly learn new platforms and vendors and apply fundamental marketing and advertising technology concepts.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* 3-5 years of prior experience in retail marketing technology, with a focus on improving marketing effectiveness to drive customer retention, engagement, and high-quality customer satisfaction.
* Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
* Experience with leading marketing technology platforms is a strong bonus.
