In this role, you will be crucial in supporting projects of varying sizes and complexities, ensuring that all activities are meticulously managed and aligned with strategic objectives. You will be instrumental in maintaining clear communication, robust documentation, and efficient processes, directly contributing to the successful completion of key initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your organizational prowess and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage comprehensive project documentation, including tracking, logging, and reporting on project deliverables. * Develop and format essential project documentation using advanced features of Word and Excel. * Proofread, edit, and format communications to uphold a consistent, professional, and clear standard across all documents. * Capture critical project elements and maintain precise and concise records throughout the project lifecycle. * Actively participate in regular meetings with project team members, contributing to discussions and understanding project progress. * Efficiently set up and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place. * Document and accurately distribute meeting minutes and action items to relevant stakeholders. * Provide assistance with administration tasks for collaborative platforms. * Support the identification, monitoring, and proposal of potential solutions for project risks and issues. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** * Expert proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office Professional Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Project. * Exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely. * Superb organizational and documentation skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy. * Proven experience working with and supporting multiple teams simultaneously. * Demonstrated customer-focused, resourceful, and proactive approach to work, taking initiative to solve problems. * Ability to thrive and perform effectively under general direction in an intense, dynamic environment. * Possess a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn and adapt. * Strong sense of urgency to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. * Adept at developing and maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships. * Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions. **About Aquent Talent:** Aquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world’s biggest brands.
