**What You’ll Do:** * Lead the tracking and management of critical infrastructure component lifecycle changes, from development phases to retirement, ensuring all dependencies are identified and readiness activities are completed by stakeholders.

* Drive action items and foster strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders to achieve key lifecycle milestones.

* Plan, direct, and coordinate complex supply chain and manufacturing operations activities.

* Contribute to the team’s operational rhythm, ensuring smooth execution and strategic alignment.

* Utilize exceptional verbal and written communication skills to provide clear status updates and facilitate effective decision-making across a wide range of activities.

**What You’ll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field.

* 4 years of proven experience as a Program Manager, specifically within supply chain and manufacturing operations.

* Demonstrated knowledge of production processes, supply chain methodologies, quality control, and cost optimization techniques for efficient goods distribution.

* Understanding of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

* Proficiency with project management and office productivity software.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.

* Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* PMI or PMP certification.
