We are seeking a versatile and creative Hybrid Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team.
The ideal candidate will have experience producing high-quality content across multiple platforms including web, social media, video, and graphic design. This role involves a mix ofremote work and in-office collaboration, offering flexibility while requiring strong self-management and teamwork skills. The content creator will be responsible for generating engaging, brand-aligned content that drives engagement, enhances brand visibility, and supports business goals.
Responsibilities:
●Create and curate engaging content (images, videos, text) tailored for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
●Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to align content strategy with business objectives, target audience, and brand identity/voice.
●Develop and execute a social media content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team.
●Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure fresh, relevant content.
●Write compelling and clear captions, posts, and updates that align with brand voice and messaging.
●Analyze and report on content performance using social media analytics tools, offering insights and recommendations to optimize future content.
●Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, sales) to align social media strategies with overall business objectives.
●Assist in in fluencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns.
●Experiment with new formats (e.g., Instagram Stories, Reels, TikTok trends) to boost engagement and reach.
●Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key Platforms TikTok, Instagram, Facebook (and emerging platforms as we see fit)
●You’re a skilled Content Creator: Experience with copywriting, photography, video shooting, design and video editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
●Industry: Experience working with a retail or CPG brand (bonus, but not required)
