This is a US-based remote 7 month engagement with possible extension up to 18 months.

As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of essential data, directly influencing the efficiency and success of complex global logistics. Your analytical prowess and project management skills will be instrumental in optimizing operations and fostering seamless collaboration across teams.

The role with work with the cloud supply chain team in maintaining data integrity. This includes (but is not limited to) master data management, supply chain management, project management). The main project is working with the could supply chain team in meetings, data analysis and PowerBI Edits to ensure smooth supply chain operations. The role will support order fulfillment for the team and help collect and analyze data for reporting to stakeholders.Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: 40% of meetings, 30% PBI editing, 30% data analysis driving action to improve the data

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a vital link between business functions and technical solutions, aligning data strategies with operational goals.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications for data solutions and reporting.
  • Perform comprehensive data analysis to maintain data integrity and support order fulfillment processes.
  • Develop and edit data visualizations and reports to provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Support complex business processes, leveraging an informed understanding of functional needs to resolve issues and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with various teams to provide technical solutions that meet user needs and enhance operational efficiency.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. 
  • 5-7 years of experience in a business intelligence or business systems analyst role.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with supply chain planning, specifically with order fulfillment.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience utilizing advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to handle diverse projects and meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages in order to comprehend reading code and basic functions
  • Ability to create business solutions that increase competitive advantage
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Project management skills in order to handle diverse projects, often times simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Ability to solve technical problems/ processes and understand complex details
  • Ability to increase operating efficiency with produce high quality technical solutions
  • A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge level
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience with Power BI and project management.
  • Understanding of how data is used/reported on.
