- Partner with Sales/Service to align campaigns with promotions and product launches; ensure brand consistency.
- Leverage AI in daily tasks
What You Bring:
- 2–5 years in social media/digital marketing with hands-on paid ads experience (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube/Google).
- Comfortable with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, platform insights, UTM tagging, A/B testing, Looker Studio/Excel).
- Strong writing and community-engagement skills; calm, customer-first communication.
- Working knowledge of marketplace listings (Amazon/eBay/Kijiji) and basic SEO best practices.
- Nice to have: Canva/Adobe skills for quick creatives; basic video editing; CRM/marketing automation familiarity.
- Success Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in qualified leads/traffic, engagement rate, CTR, and follower quality.
- Improved response times and CSAT from social interactions.
- Positive trend in cost metrics (ROAS, CPL, CPA) and campaign ROI.
