Digital Ad Operations & Activation Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Digital Ad Operations & Activation Specialist to join our client’s busy Retail Media team. In this contract role, you will oversee multi-channel digital campaigns for high-profile retail clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong performance marketing experience who can execute campaigns, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize results.

You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Planning teams to ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI while developing operational efficiencies and internal processes. This is not a management role but provides ownership over campaign execution and performance oversight.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead campaign activation across Google, Meta, programmatic, social, and onsite search channels.

• Monitor and optimize campaigns to drive outcomes like ROAS, CPA, and sales.

• Present insights and recommendations to internal teams and support client-facing reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new products, tools, and ad tech.

• Develop process documentation and A/B testing strategies to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
   

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing or ad operations.

• Strong communicator, problem-solver, and cross-functional collaborator.

• Experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Comfortable analyzing post-campaign data and recommending optimizations.

• Positive, solutions-oriented attitude and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
