We are seeking a dynamic Product Management Professional to join a critical team focused on specialized platforms within the health and wellness sector. As a Product Management Professional, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional teams, guiding products from initial design through to successful delivery. You will be instrumental in investigating challenges, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring product viability. Your insights will directly influence strategic decisions, driving continuous improvement and impactful outcomes for consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-functional project and program teams, overseeing the product lifecycle from design to delivery of customer-ready solutions.
  • Investigate facts and develop strategic solutions to complex problems during the design and planning phases.
  • Monitor product performance, recommending schedule changes and resolution adjustments based on viability and market insights.
  • Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Conduct thorough feasibility studies, identify product gaps, and define clear product requirements.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand market needs and trends, translating insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Influence departmental strategy and make decisions on moderately complex to complex technical approaches for project components.
  • Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Shepherd the product management lifecycle utilizing industry-standard product tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5 or more years of technical experience in product management or a related field.
  • Must have experience with healthcare-focused platforms.
  • Demonstrated passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
  • Experience working with a SaaS vendor.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $52 to $55 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
