They will manage multiple initiatives across several portfolios and work effectively with a variety of marketing managers. Comfort engaging with multiple stakeholders, adjusting campaigns midstream, and receiving feedback from all levels is essential. Key Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing & Automation: Create and automate email campaigns in HubSpot, ensuring brand consistency, responsive design, and optimized deliverability. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Campaign Development & Management: Support membership recruitment and retention, practice management resources, and DataDerm initiatives. Responsibilities include copywriting, project management (e.g., creating Monday boards, tracking progress), list development, campaign coordination, and performance reporting. Conduct fact-finding and interviews with internal stakeholders to highlight key impacts and successes.
  • Market Analysis & Competitive Research: Conduct competitive and environmental analyses across topics and products to inform marketing strategies, identify opportunities, and optimize campaign effectiveness.

Experience & Background

  • Proficient in HubSpot for building, testing, optimizing, and automating email workflows.
  • Strong marketing copywriting and editing skills (note: not an editorial position).
  • Experience planning and executing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition development.
  • Skilled in market research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Experience in membership marketing is a plus.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders while following established processes and project management practices.

Skills & Attributes

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot tools for email creation, list management, and workflow automation.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, capable of producing email, direct mail, digital and print ads, and video content.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with strong project management and collaboration capabilities.
  • Solution-oriented, flexible, and focused on executing plans to achieve objectives.
  • Ability to adapt seamlessly across diverse projects while emphasizing efficiency and optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance, identify trends, and conduct environmental analysis.
