About the Role
We are working with a large retail client to find a Traffic Coordinator to support the end-to-end flow of marketing production work for the Canadian market. In this contract role, you will help manage timelines, creative proofs, and communication between internal teams and our print + digital production partners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn, build strong project management foundations, and grow within a large, global brand environment.
You’ll work closely with the Senior Traffic Manager, who will provide coaching, training, and day-to-day guidance as you ramp into the role.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate the flow of marketing and promotional requests throughout the production process
- Review creative briefs to ensure required details are provided and escalate missing information as needed
- Track timelines, deliverables, and proofing cycles across multiple stakeholders and projects
- Support the quality assurance process — double-check accuracy and ensure brand consistency
- Communicate status updates clearly and proactively to internal partners
- Collaborate with external vendors (including print production partners) to support smooth delivery
- Use project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Monday.com, Wrike, or similar) to keep workflows organized
- Participate in occasional in-person team days to connect, learn, and support business stakeholders in Toronto
About You
You’re organized, detail-oriented, and bring strong communication skills to every interaction.
We’re looking for:
- 1–2 years’ experience in marketing coordination, traffic, project coordination, or related role
- Experience supporting creative projects (digital, social, or print) in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working with multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
- Ability to communicate clearly, ask questions, and take initiative
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus (Workfront experience is an asset, not a requirement)
