We’re hiring a specialized Copywriter to support our client’s national loyalty program. This is a unique contract opportunity to build the voice of a major loyalty brand and shape how millions of Canadians understand their rewards.

What You’ll Do
- Write clear, customer-focused copy for email, web, app, and social.
- Translate technical/financial language into friendly, accessible messaging.
- Ensure copy is compliant with legal & regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, legal, and product teams.
- Help build and refine the tone of voice and style guidelines.
- Manage multiple briefs and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Tailor copy for diverse audiences while upholding a consistent brand voice and tone.
You’re a Strong Fit If You Have:
- 3+ years writing for loyalty/rewards programs (PC Optimum, Scene+, AIR MILES, Avion, etc.).
- Experience writing for a financial institution or financial product.
- Ability to simplify jargon and work within compliance-heavy environments.
- A portfolio showing loyalty, CRM, email, and digital copy.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with digital marketing channels, including web, email, and point-of-purchase communications.
- Based in GTA and able to attend monthly in-office meetings.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce, AEM, or similar tools.
- Experience building brand voice or content guidelines.
